Yoga Fusion with Wendy
Yoga Fusion with Wendy offers more than yoga classes — Wendy creates thoughtfully curated wellness experiences in collaboration with like-minded professionals; from artists, nutritionists, florists and other local businesses. Each event is designed to bring people together to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy something truly unique.
Based in East Sussex, Wendy is a qualified yoga teacher in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Yogalates. She is passionate about helping people build strength, improve mobility, increase flexibility, and find balance through welcoming, accessible classes suitable for all abilities.
Believing that wellbeing extends far beyond the yoga mat, Wendy combines movement with creative and nourishing experiences that inspire connection, relaxation, and joy. Whether it's a yoga and watercolour workshop, a seasonal wellness event, or a collaboration with local businesses, every experience is designed to leave participants feeling refreshed, uplifted, and inspired.
An artist and graphic designer, Gaby is passionate about using creativity to bring people together. She loves capturing places, people, and special moments through watercolour, finding beauty in the everyday and encouraging others to do the same.
Believing that art is for everyone, she creates relaxed, welcoming spaces where people can slow down, switch off from the demands of daily life, and enjoy the process of making something with their own hands. Her workshops focus on creativity over perfection, giving participants the
confidence to experiment, explore, and simply enjoy painting, regardless of experience.
Gaby will be leading the watercolour session, sharing simple techniques and gentle guidance to help you unwind, be present, and discover the calming, mindful nature of painting. Whether you're picking up a paintbrush for the first time or rediscovering a creative hobby, her aim is for everyone to leave feeling relaxed, inspired, and proud of what they've created.
