What makes Birchden Vineyards' honey special?

From hive to jar, our raw honey is packed with nature's goodness. The bees collect nectar from the ancient woodlands, wildflower meadows and farmland that surround our apiaries in East Sussex and West Kent. We collect the honey in small batches and pass it through a strainer leaving all the enzymes, vitamins and minerals intact, just as nature intended.
