An elegant, soft rosé with lasting echoes of raspberry, red apple and white peach with a crisp, zesty finish.

Description
The 2023 Foxy Vixen is a palette pleaser, with its graceful flavours and gentle pale pink hue. This small batch rosé was made using late-harvest Pinot Noir grapes.  
Balanced with an interplay of red fruits and a refreshing acidity, this wine is perfect for enjoying on a sunny day or pairing with your favourite light dishes.

In 2023, we were blessed with our first frost-free season and excellent weather through the key flowering period in late June. As summer progressed, The weather turned cooler and wetter, however a heat spike in mid-September accelerated ripening, leading to the biggest and one of the lowest acid harvests of the last 20 years. We left the grapes on the vines for a late harvest and nature rewarded us with our very first, fresh and fruity,

Farmer Stephen will be selling his beautiful Nordmann Spruce trees, The Blackbird Cafe will be serving festive food and drinks and the Tasting Den and Winter Tent will host local artisans selling their treasures. To top it all off Lucy Cutts will be selling her amazing wreaths.
