The festive spirit has well and truly arrived at Birchden Vineyards. Our new decked seating area and temporary marquee sets the scene for cosy catch-ups and family lunches, complete with sparkly lights, Christmas trees, and a twinkle of magic in the air.

Weekends will mean raclette at the Blackbird Cafe, hot melted cheese drizzled over new potatoes or fresh ciabatta. We’ll also be serving seasonal soups and paninis, our popular charcuterie boards, indulgent hot chocolates and (how could we not?!) mulled wine.  It’s definitely après ski vibes here, so you can take a bit of time out to get into the holiday mood.

Nordmann Fir ‘non-drop’ Christmas Trees will be sold at the barn with Farmer Stephen, every weekend from 29th November and you can celebrate choosing the perfect tree with a glass of one of our award-winning wines. Sounds like the perfect weekend to us!
